Where Orca Security is stronger

What it costs for a small team
Take a start-up with three AWS accounts for production, staging and development. With bearhug, that costs $300 a month, or $3,600 a year, with every feature included and no long-term commitment.
Orca lists its smallest AWS Marketplace tier at $7,000 per month for up to 100 concurrent EC2 workloads, on a one-month contract. The next tiers are $12,000 a month for up to 300 workloads and $17,000 a month for up to 500.
Orca’s single licence includes its full CNAPP, so for a multi-cloud estate with many workloads the per-workload price buys a great deal. For a small AWS estate, it is a much larger commitment than a per-account CSPM. The units are different, so this is not a like-for-like comparison: bearhug counts AWS accounts, however many resources each one holds. bearhug also enables Security Hub and GuardDuty, and AWS bills their usage separately, depending on how much you use them.
